I had a pleasant stay at Puffin Boutique in Istanbul, enjoying the excellent location near vibrant cafes and public transport. The dorms were spacious and comfortable, albeit the cleaning frequency could improve. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I did face some inconveniences with the bathroom cleanliness and accessibility at times.
